I’m thrilled to announce that I have teamed up with Debbie Watts from Mole Valley Fitness to offer what we feel is a unique coaching package for those looking to enhance their running, tailored for distances from 10km to ultra marathon.
The wealth of qualifications and experience that Debbie and I have as a team will provide a wide offering of profiling, training plans and coached runs addressing all areas of running fitness.
Based in the Surrey Hills, the below package offers coaching and training from a team to give you the best of both of us and include offerings that we simply could not find being offered elsewhere on the market to keep our athletes on track to be the best they can be.
Places are strictly limited to allow us to work as close with our athletes as possible. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Each Athlete will be allocated a “primary coach” based on the profiling session and any preferences.

What’s included:
Athlete Profiling and gait analysis. (An initial one off session discussing goals and targets on a 1:1. Assessment of agility, balance, coordination and running technique)
Bespoke Training Plan. (A tailored training plan based on results of Athlete profiling, gait analysis, goals and objectives)
Reduced race entry. (A minimum of 1 x discounted race entry for a midweek 6hr lapped challenge event to practice in a race environment. Medals and goody bags for all finishers)
Monthly coaching. ( A monthly 1:1 run with a run coach. Weekly / ad hoc coaching sessions can be added at extra cost)
Monitoring and feedback. (Frequent communication with coaches and review of training plans)
Seminar workshop. (1 x group session with the coaches discussing nutrition, race prep, guest speakers, FAQ’s and refreshments)
